Shipping and Handling

Standard shipping cost in the UK is £3.95

All shipping costs to Europe and the rest of the world are calculated on the total weight of your order and you will never be charged more than the quoted price.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. The standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail and will take between 2 to 5 working days, subject to availability.

• Delivery to Europe; allow up to 7 days
• Delivery to Rest of World; allow up to 14 days

However, during busy periods please allow longer.

Defective, Damaged and Returned Goods

All goods should be inspected upon immediate receipt for any damages or defects. If you find that an item has been damaged or has a defect, this must be notified to us as soon as possible. Return it to us, and either a replacement or refund will be made.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason, contact customer services and return it to us in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days, where we will issue a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable except where the goods are faulty.
