Acceptance of Terms
It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions as they apply to all users of the site including casual browsers. By placing an order with Stylechild you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions of trade, and to our Delivery and Returns Policies. 
Your statutory rights are not affected under English Law.

Availability
All items are subject to availability.  In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, with our best estimate of delivery times and a choice of whether to proceed or cancel your order.  On cancellation of your order a full refund will be credited to your credit or debit card.

Cancellation of orders
Customers have the right to cancel orders from the time of ordering up to 7 days after receipt of purchase.  This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 200 (SI 2000 No.2334).

Delivery and Returns
In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to our return polices which are set out in the delivery and returns section at the bottom of the home page.

Prices
Prices are shown inclusive of Vat where appropriate, but exclusive of carriage costs. The carriage charges are added to your shopping cart at the checkout.
